What you're buying is made by human hands — and that's the point

Our sarees are tied knot by knot by Khatri artisan families in Kutch — some spending over 72 hours on a single piece. We photograph every saree in natural light, with no filters, so what you see is as close to what arrives as a screen allows. Our policy is here to protect you from genuine defects. Everything else is the nature of handcraft — and the reason each piece is uniquely yours.

  • Major colour bleeding not visible in product photos
  • Wrong saree shipped — different from what you ordered
  • Structural defects in the weave that affect how it wears

Unboxing video is mandatory

You must record an unboxing video at the time of delivery. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed. This protects both you and us — and ensures a fair resolution every time.

A word from us, honestly

We have sold handcrafted sarees since 1992. The most common disappointments we hear about are not defects — they are the gap between what a screen shows and what hands feel. We work hard to close that gap. But buying handcraft means accepting that some things cannot be standardised. We want you to know what those things are before you order.

Colours live differently in daylight
Natural dyes — indigo, pomegranate, turmeric — absorb and reflect light in ways no screen fully captures. We photograph in daylight without filters. Your screen may still render it slightly differently. This is not a defect, and it is why we encourage you to WhatsApp us before ordering if colour is important to you.

A change of heart is not something we can accommodate
If the saree arrives exactly as shown and described and you simply feel it isn't for you, we understand — but we cannot accept it back. We'd rather help you find the right saree before you order. Message us first and we'll guide you.

The 48-hour window protects you too
We ask for a claim within 48 hours because after that point, it becomes impossible to determine whether damage happened in transit, at our end, or after delivery. The window is as much for your protection as it is for ours.

When in doubt, ask us first
We are a family business and we pick up every message. If you are unsure about a saree — the colour, the size, the craft — WhatsApp us before ordering. That one conversation prevents most disappointments entirely.
