A little excess dye may wash off in the very first wash — completely normal with natural dyes. The colour does not fade. Always wash separately in cold water.

Does the blouse piece come stitched?+
No — it comes unstitched. The 0.8 m piece is enough for a standard blouse. WhatsApp us your measurements and we can arrange stitching.

Gotapatti is a centuries-old craft — thin gold ribbon (gota) stitched by hand onto silk in intricate patterns by Khatri artisan families in Kutch, Gujarat. A community that has practised this craft for generations.
What it looks like on the saree
Gleaming gold ribbon runs across the border and pallu in geometric patterns. The coverage is elegant — not heavy. The gota sits on the surface of the silk, adding a soft shine without weighing the drape down.
